Poke-a-Dillo is a toy designed for 4th graders, inspired by the defense mechanism of some armadillos. Two opponents, face off on a mat, they wear awkward squishy paws, and try to poke each other in the tummy, triggering the spring loaded armadillo shell, to fly over their opponents head.
Wood, Fabric, Poly-fill, Delrin. We were given 50 Dollars to design a toy based on the movement of an animal: the armadillo. We created Poke-a-Dillo, to create an exiting toy that would walk the line of unsafe
